JAMESTOWN MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS
APPLICATION FOR WATER / WASTEWATER TAPS / SERVICE LATERAL REPAIRS
- A service lateral repairs permit fee of $50.00 must accompany this application and all work must be inspected by a Jamestown Water Department authorized person before backfilling is performed.
- The availability fee of $3,000.00 for each water connection and $3,000.00 for each wastewater connection must accompany this application. All taps are made under the supervision of a Jamestown Water Department authorized person. After the tap is made, you will receive an invoice for all other expenses (meter pit, meter, labor, etc.).
